Clepco has introduced a new line of industrial grade, stainless steel,
submersible heaters for pond and water gardens. Ideal for use in ponds, growing
tanks, and koi holding tanks. 1 year manufacturer's warranty.
Heaters must be used with GFI protection
Titanium construction has 20' power cord with quick connect fitting for
connecting to digital controller. Safe for use in saltwater or freshwater!
1 Year Manufacturer's Warranty
The heaters below lay on the bottom of the
pond. They have a rubber protective 'bumper' around it at the top and bottom so the
heater doesn't touch the bottom or sides of the pond. They are safe to use in
preformed plastic ponds or ponds made out of pond liner. Must be kept submerged
while plugged in. Controller MUST be protected from the elements and from water
getting in to it.
*Tip: It takes 1000 watts of heater to
heat 250 gallons of water 10°F.

Quick Plug Heaters
These heavy duty, single tube, single phase heaters are UL listed and American made.
304 stainless steel for freshwater use or titanium for saltwater use. Ideal for
recirculating systems and other applications where automatically controlled temperatures
are needed. Great for portable applications! These heaters feature a
special mating plug which allows the heater to "Quick Plug" to the controller
which controls the temperature of the unit. The controller has a standard 115
volt plug, which connects to your outlet. Simple and easy! Each Quick Plug
Heater is fused for protection against overheating (in case of low water). Available
in both stainless steel (for fresh water) and titanium (for salt water). Package
includes heater, controller with a 6' power cord (115 volt units) and EZ clip mounting
bracket. The product codes below with a "C" at the end is the same product
as listed above but with a digital controller. Digital controllers are an additional
$40.00 more.
It takes 1000 watts to add 10° for every 250 gallons of
water. Use this formula to determine the size of heater you need below. For
example, say your water is 45°F and you have a 250 gallon tank. If you would like
to keep your water at 75°F, then you would need 3000 watts to heat your water to 75°F.

Controllers
All heaters must have a controller. To determine the
correct size of controller, divide heater watts by
volts=amps. Example: 3000watt heater/115 volts =20 amps. These
controlers are accurate to ± 4°. Comes with 6' temperature sensor. Longer
sensor cord is available.
